I found Gary on this website thankfully. I had no heating or hot water during a really cold spell . He arrived when he said he would and wore a mask . When it became clear that I needed a new boiler, he advised me on the reliable makes and models and fitted the new boiler even giving up his Saturday morning off. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for his professionalism , value for money and going the extra mile.
Lots of people had given glowing reports about Gary’s reliability & professionalism. Those reports were right. He came to do a boiler service for me yesterday during which he picked up a few points including low gas pressure coming into our house. Following advice from Gary I arranged for Wales & West Utilities to call whereupon they shut our gas off. I mailed Gary with the result of their visit and he arranged to come back again today and spent a considerable amount of time sorting out a gas leak for me and making sure that all appliances were safe to use before leaving. I was very impressed with his thoroughness on both visits and have total confidence in his abilities. He was also very reasonable with his charges. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for an engineer.
